Show us your best paddling day — share a short video (max. 3 mins) and you could win a full set of Palm kit or VE paddles and vouchers. Maybe paddle somewhere new, play games on the water, or bring your mates along — we want to see your summer of fun.

The Palm Groms Mentorship Programme pairs passionate young paddlers with mentors from the Palm team — world-class athletes who are there to guide, support and inspire. Whether it’s learning new tricks, building safety skills, or just spending time on the water, it’s all about growing as a paddler while having serious fun.
You don’t have to be the best or go the biggest — we handpick groms through Park Jam events, online comps and team scouting. There is no application process. Mentees get access to Palm gear, but the real win is having a dedicated mentor to help set goals, track progress and develop into a confident, all-round paddler.
