North Wales. A Welsh girl through and through, Lowri is one of Britain’s leading coaches. Having collected gold medals in both British and European freestyle championships, she continues to notch up podium finishes in most of Europe’s extreme races, and has first descents to her name in Mongolia and Georgia. She is a BC Level 5 coach (for those that like the numbers) and owner and head coach at FlowFree Kayak Coaching. Lowri's not just good in a kayak – she has also represented GBR and won international medals as part of the GB Ladies Raft Team and is pretty handy on a mountain bike.
